As a Technical Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users, delivering clear, knowledgeable assistance across every interaction.
In this role, you’ll troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through product setup, coordinate escalations with engineering teams, and resolve system or account-related concerns — ensuring every user enjoys a smooth, reliable technical experience.
Technical Support Representative:
Handling all user inquiries across our full range of technical products and features.
Guiding new users through seamless installation, configuration, and account setup.
Managing support tickets, diagnosing issues, and tracking resolution progress.
Assisting with system errors, connectivity issues, software troubleshooting, and account adjustments.
Turning technical challenges into solutions — ensuring every user experience is efficient, supported, and stress-free.

To be successful for this role, you need to have the following:
Language skills: Native-level French and fluent English (B2+)
Background: Prior Technical support experience is great, but not essential
Mindset: Eager to learn, curious, and naturally problem-solving
Soft skills: Excellent communication and listening, with the ability to build strong rapport
Additional Requirement: Typing speed ≥ 30 wpm with ≥ 85% accuracy
