As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service across every interaction. 


In this role, you’ll manage inquiries and account setups, coordinate shipment and delivery processes, and resolve billing issues efficiently — ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, reliable experience.


Customer Service Representative:

  • Handling all customer inquiries across our full range of service features.

  • Guiding new customers through smooth onboarding and account setup.

  • Managing shipment documentation, pickup scheduling, and delivery tracking.

  • Assisting with claims, billing questions, and account adjustments.

  • Turning challenges into solutions — ensuring every customer experience shines.

To be successful for this role, you need to have the following:

  • Language skills: Native-level German and fluent English (B2+)

  • Background: Prior customer support experience is great, but not essential

  • Mindset: Eager to learn, curious, and naturally problem-solving

  • Soft skills: Excellent communication and listening, with the ability to build strong rapport

  • Additional Requirement: Typing speed ≥ 30 wpm with ≥ 85% accuracy
